Allan Pettit is a Charlottesville native who joined Alexander Nicholson in 2003. He was mentored by founders Jack Nicholson Stoner and Michael Alexander Cernik, preparing him to lead the organization alongside co-principal Dan Fagan. Allan has built or restored dozens of homes in Albemarle County, including several in the Keswick Hall community. Today, he not only leads exciting construction projects across central Virginia, but also finds great fulfillment in mentoring the next generation of leaders at Alexander Nicholson and within his community.
