A co-founding principal at Waterstreet Studio, Eugene brings a unique perspective and a broad range of experience to design philosophy and projects. Leading multi-disciplinary teams on both public and private commissions, he seeks to connect people to place by exploring and revealing a site’s cultural history and ecological systems. Eugene has overseen and collaborated on projects ranging from schools, universities and museums; parks, arboretums and botanical gardens; farms and estates; conservation land developments and community housing projects.
